一進門，以低調的灰鏡作為轉換介面，滿足日常整理儀容的需求，也藉由反射延展空間的深度。腳下的水磨石紋理磁磚搭配深綠色展示櫃體，成為回家的第一個停頓——讓戶外與室內之間有了柔和的過渡，也承載著屋主對色彩與生活方式的偏好。
公領域以開放式廚房串聯客廳、餐桌與書房，木地板作為一致的基底，從公共空間一路延伸至臥室，形塑出連續而流暢的生活動線。廚房則改以磁磚地坪回應每日料理與清潔的現實需求，搭配淺色廚具，透過材質的轉換自然界定機能區域，讓整體空間維持清爽而有秩序的樣貌。
Not every home needs elaborate decoration. Sometimes, a clear flow of movement, reliable function, and well-placed breathing room are all it takes to feel truly at ease.
At the entrance, a understated gray mirror serves as the threshold between outside and in — meeting the everyday need to compose oneself, while reflecting light to deepen the sense of space. Terrazzo-textured tiles underfoot pair with a deep green display cabinet, forming the first quiet pause on the way home. The boundary between outdoors and interior softens here, shaped by the owner's affinity for color and their way of living.

一道矮牆定義了客廳與書房的邊界——既作為沙發背牆，也讓工作區域擁有適度的獨立性。開放格局之中，保有彼此互動的可能，同時不破壞專注工作的節奏。
沙發後方的書桌，是屋主最常駐足的工作角落。灰綠色調在此作為空間裡的點綴，延續玄關展示櫃的色彩記憶。不同濃度的綠意在留白的基底上緩緩鋪展，讓色彩不只是裝飾，而是貫串空間氛圍的線索；後方的展示與收納櫃體兼顧陳設與整理，讓工作與生活得以自在切換。
A low partition wall draws the line between living room and study — acting as a sofa backdrop while giving the work area a degree of quiet separation. Within the open layout, connection between spaces remains possible, without compromising the focus that work demands.
Behind the sofa sits the desk, the spot where the owner most often settles in. Warm gray-green tones accent this corner, echoing the color memory established by the entryway cabinet. Greens of varying depth unfold gradually against the white ground — color that does more than decorate, threading a mood through the whole space. The display and storage shelving behind balances curation with practicality, letting work and rest shift easily between each other.
電視牆延續周圍牆面的淺色基調，刻意弱化量體的存在感，讓視線自然向兩側延伸。所有材料都以留白為底，使光線、家具與生活的痕跡成為空間真正的主角，在簡潔之中保有豐富的層次與包容性。
純粹的立面背後，整合了影音系統、智能主機與設備走線，並以格柵細節兼顧散熱需求。繁複的機能隱身於牆體之中，在秩序與便利之間取得平衡，讓科技自然融入日常，而非搶占視覺的焦點。
The TV wall holds to the same light tones as its surroundings, deliberately diminishing its own presence so the eye can travel freely to either side. Every material takes white as its foundation, allowing light, furniture, and the traces of daily life to become the true protagonists — simplicity that holds depth and generosity within it.
Behind the clean face of the wall, an Audio-Visual System, smart home hub, and all associated cabling have been integrated out of sight. Louvered details handle ventilation without breaking the surface. The complexity is absorbed into the architecture, striking a balance between order and convenience — technology woven into the everyday, rather than announced by it.
除了設備整合，全戶亦配置了全熱交換與除濕系統，將空氣品質、濕度控制與居住舒適度一併納入規劃。那些看不見的設備，默默維繫著環境的穩定，讓居住者得以用更輕鬆的姿態享受生活。
面向陽台的大面開窗搭配夢幻簾系統，依照不同時段調節透光與遮蔽的比例，讓自然光以柔和的方式進入室內，在採光與隱私之間取得恰好的平衡。光，不再只是被引入的元素，而是塑造生活氛圍的一部分。
Beyond equipment integration, the home is equipped throughout with a heat recovery ventilation system and whole-house dehumidification, bringing air quality, humidity control, and comfort into the same conversation. These hidden systems quietly hold the environment in balance, so that the people living here can simply breathe easy.
The expansive windows facing the balcony work in concert with a sheer motorized blind system, adjusting the ratio of light and privacy across different times of day. Natural light enters on its own terms — softened, considered, never harsh — landing somewhere between openness and shelter. Light here is not merely admitted into the space. It becomes part of how the space feels.
