​    ---- 簽訂工程合約後，設計費可依專案內容部分折抵工程款。

● 工程基本承接額度｜Minimum Construction Budget
    NT$100 萬起（未稅）
 

● 工程預算參考｜Average Construction Budget

    ---- 新成屋：平均 NT$8.5–10 萬／坪起（未稅）
    ---- 老屋翻新：平均 NT$12–13 萬／坪起（未稅）

以上單坪工程預算僅供初步參考，實際費用將依案場屋況、施工範圍及設計需求進行專業評估，例如是否涉及全室窗戶更新、格局調整、衛浴或廚房翻新，以及其他基礎工程項目。
 

The estimated construction cost per ping is provided as a general reference only. Final pricing is determined by the property's existing conditions, project scope, and design requirements, including window replacement, layout modifications, bathroom and kitchen renovations, and other necessary construction work.
